Responsible travel is not a page on a website. These are operational rules our team works to when they build and run your trip.

Low emission vehicles

We prioritise newer, low-emission vehicles and plan routes that cut unnecessary road time.

Socially conscious hotels

We favour properties that employ locally, pay fairly and manage water, waste and plastic seriously.

Local guides

Guides are hired from the region they show you, so the money and the storytelling both stay local.

Supporting community tourism

Homestays, village markets and family-run kitchens are built into itineraries wherever they work.

Less paper

Digital vouchers, digital itineraries and digital documents by default.

Giving back through donations

A part of what we earn goes back to community and school projects in the areas we operate.

No tours that mistreat animals

We do not sell or arrange elephant riding, animal shows or any experience that depends on captive animals being mistreated. If you ask us for one, we will offer you a better alternative and explain why.
